Declutter - Day 6
Going good so far. I haven’t downloaded YouTube or anything else. I have noticed a drastic improvement in my sleep quality since I am reading before bed instead of scrolling on my phone. The only problem is I tend to check my phone a lot for random apps when I am bored. I need to get used to being bored for extended durations and focus my attention on some target during that time. Writing more might be one way to do that.
